Delivery:

Heroes’ Respite is currently a one person operation and therefore shipments are currently made once per week.

Orders made between Monday and Thursday will aim to ship that weekend. Orders made between Friday and Sun will ship the following weekend.

Shipping:

Shipping will be calculated at checkout. We currently only provide one shipping option, but will look to provide more options as the website grows.

Heroes’ Respite is a Mainland UK based business. Customers will be responsible for any import taxes and tariffs incurred if ordering from outside of Mainland UK.

Refunds:

For damaged products please contact us for a refund or replacement.

Consumable items such as candles or soaps cannot be refunded after use.

Custom engraved items cannot be refunded once engraved, so please make sure that your engraving request is correct before confirming your purchase.
